The members of a club work together to support each other in learning techniques of effective communication in social, business and meeting situations.
A Training Officer and one or more club coaches develop a program to incrementally improve and practice each member’s communication and meeting skills. The training team have been accredited by Rostrum Victoria.
A Rostrum club is a supportive environment where you can grow and learn at your own pace whilst having a lot of fun and meeting new people on the way.
Every club is slightly different. Some are more business oriented, whilst some are more community focussed. Some clubs are formal in their meetings, whereas others have a more relaxed style.
