Constitution

Rostrum's governance is guided by its Constitution and its Regulations.

The Constitution contains fundemental rules that can only be changed by a referendum of all members of Rostrum.

Regulations

The Regulations are a set of day-to-day guidelines that can be changed by a majority vote of club representatives at a Dais meeting.

Any financial member can initiate a proposed change to either the document.

Stock Orders

Clubs are able to promote their activities with a range of materials provided through Rostrum Information Centre.

For less than $100, clubs would have a range of 5 promotional materials, location and street signs to convey to visitors to the venue the existence of a club.

For $25, a letter could be sent 100 local businesses to carry a strong message about staff development.

Costs are shown, with a 50% subsidy applicable to all items, with some provided at no charge to Clubs.

An order form is available (download) listing materials available.

A Club officer should complete the form, confirm authorisation from the Club President and send to Rostrum Information Centre with a cheque attached.
